JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Zach: If you were able to get dayroom and then able to get on a phone,
yes. It is over-charged for just the hook-up fees, 5 bucks just to
say hi, then hang up!!!
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people?
Zach: Over five bucks just to talk.
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Zach: No, you had to call collect.
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Zach: Yes, they say they do.
